（中央社記者廖漢原華盛頓11日專電）美國總統當選人川普今天在美國媒體播出的專訪說明，接聽總統蔡英文電話的安排。他說瞭解一中政策，但不知道美國為何要被一中綁住，除非有好的協議。
川普（Donald Trump）在勝選後首度接受美國媒體福斯新聞（Fox News）主持人克里斯．華勒斯（ChrisWallace）專訪，首次親自說明接聽蔡總統電話的安排與考量。
華勒斯問到，媒體在通電話後隔日報導，川普事前經過多週考量才決定接聽電話，這是為了對外釋出訊息。到底是怎麼回事？
川普表示，「這經過完整考量，不是幾個星期。我接聽電話，在電話撥進來前大約1到2小時被告知，我完全瞭解一中政策，但我不知道美國為何要被一中政策綁住，除非我們與中國達成協議（Make a deal），這包括其他許多事，包括經貿。」
他說，瞭解中國將貨幣貶值，並對對境外商品徵收高稅率，美國並未對中國施加高稅，這嚴重傷害美國。
川普還說，中國在南海打造龐大海上堡壘，他們不該這樣做。講實在話，中國也沒在北韓問題上幫到忙，北韓如今擁有核武，中國可以處理這個問題，但他們根本不願幫忙。
對於北京對通電話的回應，川普強硬的說，「我不希望中國『命令』我怎麼做，這是打進來的電話，我沒有撥這通電話，這是簡短的電話對談，對我勝選表示祝賀，非常和悅簡短的一通電話。」
川普對此強調，為何有個國家要說「我不能接電話」。講真的，不接這通電話其實是非常失禮的。1051211
